Return & Refund Policy

The short version

Because we print everything on demand and most items are personalized, all custom and printed items are final sale. However, if the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, we will make it right โ€” free of charge โ€” within 30 days of delivery.

What qualifies for a replacement or refund

  • Manufacturing defects โ€” misprints, blank spots, ink smudges, seam defects, material flaws
  • Wrong item shipped โ€” you received a different product, size, or design
  • Shipping damage โ€” package or product arrived physically damaged
  • Lost in transit โ€” if tracking shows the package has not moved in 14 days (Canada) or 21 days (international)

What does NOT qualify

  • Buyer's remorse on custom-printed items (wrong size ordered, colour different than expected, design looks different than the mockup, etc.) โ€” custom print is final sale
  • Damage caused after delivery (washing, rough use, accidents)
  • Problems caused by low-resolution artwork that you uploaded โ€” we'll warn you before printing if we detect it, but if you proceed, we print it as-submitted
  • Claims made more than 30 days after delivery

How to file a claim

  1. Email support@canadaprint-2.myshopify.com within 30 days of delivery.
  2. Include: your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the problem (including the packaging if it arrived damaged).
  3. We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.
  4. In most cases we will reprint and reship the item at no cost. Refunds to the original payment method are available if a reprint is not possible.

Non-custom, non-printed blank items

For non-personalized blank merchandise (if offered), standard 14-day returns apply as long as the item is unused, in original packaging. Buyer pays return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of placement. After that, production has usually begun and cancellation is not possible.

Refund processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days. It may take an additional 5โ€“10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
