1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you") and CanadaPrint ("we," "us"), a business based in Lantzville, British Columbia, Canada. By placing an order on canadaprint-2.myshopify.com, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your province/state) to place an order.

3. Products and orders

All products are made to order. Once you place an order and confirm artwork/customization, production begins. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and return rules.

We make every effort to display product colours, sizes, and materials accurately, but due to monitor differences and print variance, actual products may vary slightly from on-screen previews. We consider this normal and not grounds for refund, unless the variance is outside industry tolerances.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted. Applicable taxes (GST/HST/PST/QST) are added at checkout based on your ship-to province. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a product was listed at an obviously wrong price (e.g. $0.01 for a $50 item), we may cancel and refund that order.

5. Your content and IP

You keep the rights to your artwork. By uploading a design, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce it solely for the purpose of producing your order and for displaying a small order preview in our admin tools.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, photos, text, or designs you upload. We will not knowingly produce infringing, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or illegal content. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion and issue a full refund.

6. Account responsibility

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Products are provided "as is" subject to our Refund Policy. Except as expressly stated, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising from artwork you upload — including IP infringement, defamation, or violation of law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always at /policies/terms-of-service. Your continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
