Where we ship

  • Canada — all 10 provinces and 3 territories
  • United States — all 50 states plus DC
  • International — select countries; shown at checkout

Production time (before shipping)

Because we print on demand, every order has a production step before it ships:

  • Apparel & drinkware: 2–5 business days
  • Business cards & marketing materials: 1–3 business days
  • Large format (banners, posters, signs): 3–5 business days
  • Rush available on many products for an added fee — see the product page

Shipping rates

Exact rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service level. We use Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, and Purolator depending on what's fastest and most affordable.

Free shipping threshold

Free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over CAD $99. Threshold calculated on the product subtotal before tax.

Duties, taxes, and customs (international)

For orders shipped outside Canada, the recipient is responsible for any duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the shipping cost shown at checkout.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package ships. You can also view tracking in your account dashboard.

Lost or undelivered packages

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you don't have the package, first check with neighbours and your building manager. If it's still missing after 72 hours, email support@canadaprint-2.myshopify.com — we'll file a trace with the carrier and, if unresolved within 10 business days, reprint and reship at no cost.

Address accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment — reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
