Ordering & pricing
Is CanadaPrint really Canadian?
Yes. Registered Canadian business, CAD pricing, fulfilled by Canadian print partners (SinaLite, Printful Canada, Printbest, ButterflyGP, Debco and more), and proudly shipped from Canadian warehouses. No cross-border surprises.
Do you offer bulk pricing?
Yes — our pricing tiers automatically drop as quantity goes up. For orders above $500, request a custom quote via our quote form.
What's your minimum order?
For most print and apparel products: 1 unit. For promotional products (branded drinkware, pens, etc.) minimums are typically 24–100 units due to supplier rules. Minimums are shown on each product page.
Design & artwork
I can't design — can you help?
Absolutely. Use our AI Design Assistant (free, 5 designs/month) or our Done-For-You Design Service ($25–$150, supervised by a real human designer).
What file formats do you accept?
PDF (preferred), AI, EPS, PSD at 300 DPI CMYK with 0.125" bleed. PNG and JPG at 300 DPI also accepted. Don't worry if you're not technical — we'll run a free pre-flight check and email you if anything needs fixing.
Will my design look exactly like the preview?
We calibrate for colour accuracy, but subtle shifts can happen between screen (RGB) and print (CMYK). For critical colour matches, request a hard proof (+$9).
Shipping & delivery
How long does production + shipping take?
Typical: 3–5 business days production + 2–5 business days shipping. Rush available (+35% on production). See Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship outside Canada?
US shipping available on select products. International by special request.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping on orders over $75 CAD within Canada. Flat $9.99 below that.
Returns & quality
What if my print arrives damaged or incorrect?
We reprint or refund 100% of any CanadaPrint error, no questions. Custom print isn't refundable for buyer's remorse (industry standard), but quality defects are on us.
How long do I have to flag an issue?
14 days from delivery. Email support@canadaprint-2.myshopify.com with a photo.
Business & reseller
Do you have a reseller program?
Yes — see Reseller Program. Free tier available; paid tiers unlock up to 30% wholesale discount.
Can I white-label CanadaPrint for my agency?
Yes — White-Label for Agencies.
Do you offer Net-30 payment terms?
Available for Business tier resellers + approved corporate (B2B) accounts.
